Irene Francis Mushi was born and raised in Tanzania, Kilimanjaro. Graduate as a lawyer from the University of Dodoma in Dodoma. I earned my master’s degree of international law with international relations from Tumaini University Makumira in Arusha.
Prior to attending my master’s degree, I worked as Human rights coordinator to Projects Abroad Tanzania (NGO) handling both women’s rights and welfare and children’s right and welfare in Arusha Detention Centre and secondary schools.
With 6 years of experience, I am also serving as legal officer for women who underwent civic abuse and youth representative in HIMD organization located in Arusha. Through the impact observed I have become a role model for young girls and award winning as young influencer for women empowerment in 2019.
